Pick up in the morning and after a short safari briefing, proceed to Mabamba swamp, a Ramser Site situated on the edges of Lake Victoria, hidden but with many unique and special birds. Along the way, you will see the Blue-eared Starlings, chocolate Kingfishers and Red-chested Cuckoo. At the Swamp, take the boat ride to explore winding water ways home for the Black crakes, common Moorhen, the rare Shoebill and many other bird species.
Later, transfer to the Entebbe Botanical Gardens in the afternoon. Youwill have lunch on the shores of Lake Victoria. The Botanical Gardens is a great birding area. The gardens are home to the Ross and Great blue Turaco as well as some monkey species, afterwards drive back to Entebbe.
